At Skeedo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@storeskeedo.com before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned within 14 days of delivery
Item unused and in original condition
Item in original packaging

3. Return Process

Send an email including your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos if defective.

After approval, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the item is inspected. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

6. Damaged Items
